All of our products come with a 30-Day Money-Back Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to initiate a return.

To initiate a return, the item must be in its original packaging. 
How to Initiate a Return

Contact Us: Please email us to request a Return Authorization.

Free Return Pickup: Once your return is approved, we will arrange for a free pickup of the product from the address you specify. There are no shipping costs for the return. 
Refund Processing
We strive for the fastest possible refund processing:

Refund Timeline: Your refund will be processed immediately upon the first successful receipt of the product at our warehouse.

Method: Refunds are issued to the original method of payment. 
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item (e.g., for a different model or pack size):

Provide the pickup address for the original item. We will arrange a free pickup. 
- 
Once the original product is received at our warehouse, your new replacement product will be shipped out immediately. 
Handling Damaged or Lost Items
In the unfortunate event that your item is damaged or lost during transit:

Damage/Loss Report: Please provide us with photos of the damage and a brief explanation of the issue. 
- 
Resolution: We will promptly review your claim and immediately begin an investigation with the carrier. Resolution is typically completed within 1–2 business days.
